“Shadows don’t mean darkness, but a proof that there is light. As an artist, I’ve seen how shadows in a painting reveal the source, direction, and strength of light. They give form, depth, and clarity. In life too, our shadows help us see what needs attention and our light shows us where we’re ready to grow.

Lately, I’ve been sitting with two questions:

  • What part of my shadow is showing up in how I think, feel and act?
  • What is the light revealing about the next step in my growth?
